Dear Valued Dealers and Service Stations,

We are excited to announce that the Lionel Service Department move is close at hand. This will move all departments into one building and will give us a greater opportunity to serve you, our valued dealers, service stations and customers more efficiently.

This will affect everyone as we will be completely shutting down like we did when we moved from Ohio. This includes return authorizations and part orders.

Our timeline is:

  • May 17th - We will stop writing RAs at end of business day. No RAs will be written after this date until we are moved into our new space and fully operational
  • May 22nd - We will stop taking parts orders both on-line, via email and via phone calls

Our goal is to be moved to the new area and be fully operational by July 8th, all dates are subject to change.

We understand that this move is going to cause a disruption for everyone and we are committed to make this move as quickly and painlessly as possible for all involved.
